This specific geography produces a grain with softer texture, light aroma, and the gentle nutty flavour that is the hallmark of authentic Sona Masoori grown in its home soil.

Aged for 12 months after harvest, it cooks with distinct, separate grains, absorbs flavours more deeply, and sits lighter on the stomach than freshly milled rice.
