Refund and Return Policy

Safe Harvest Return, Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

• If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at marketing@safeharvest.co.in  or Call at our customer care number 080-29905314 (Timings: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm) within 12 hours with the reason for cancellation.
• Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. If you don't wish to accept the parcel, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Once the parcel comes back to Safe Harvest, the brand will deduct shipping (Rs. 300)  and return charges (Rs. 100)  from the customer order value while processing the refund.
• In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you, please reach out to us at marketing@safeharvest.co.in  or Call at our customer care number (Timings: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm) within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer Care team will help with a solution as soon as possible.

Returns:

• For any damaged product, please notify Safe Harvest immediately on the delivery date by emailing us at marketing@safeharvest.co.in. 

• Items must be in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

• For products purchased during offers or discounts, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects within 2 days.

• Product returns are subject to company approval after verification.

Refunds:

• Prepaid orders: Refunds will be initiated to the original payment account within 7 working days after the return is processed.

• COD orders: Refunds will be initiated after pickup and receipt of the bank details, within 7 working days.

• The product must be handed over to the shipping partner with the bill and intact packaging.

Exchanges:

• For exchange requests, please contact Safe Harvest at marketing@safeharvest.co.in. We will guide you through the process.

Important Notes:

• No returns for items purchased through third-party merchants or online marketplaces.

• If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact customer care for a replacement at marketing@safeharvest.co.in or call us at 080-29905314.

• Safe Harvest reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.

Safe Harvest Pvt Ltd endeavours to provide highest quality products to our customer. However, in case, you have concerns with regards to the delivered products, following shall be the appropriate process with regards to order cancellation or product return.

Pricing:

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery.
